We, therefore, have a dedicated Videojet Customer Service Call Centre with trained staff who are equipped to handle all your administrative enquiries. All standard stock items and consumables are readily available in all our branches. Under the leadership of Lizelle Terblans, our customer service department support all our branches and our customers in a timeous and courteous manner. HG MOLENAAR – VIDEOJET APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

We are currently running an apprenticeship program in our technical department.  In-depth training and practical exposure are given, and they have an opportunity to grow with the technical department. Our two apprentices for 2016 have already been promoted to workshop technicians (Johannesburg and Cape Town).  With this program the HG Molenaar – Videojet technical support will grow from strength to strength and service excellence will continue.

HG MOLENAAR – VIDEOJET WORKSHOPS

HG Molenaar – Videojet have procured five new Volkswagen Caddy Panel Vans, that is now actively on the road.  They are in operation in the following areas: Three in Johannesburg, and one in Durban and Port Elizabeth. With HG Molenaar – Videojet being a service-driven company, the obtaining and implementing of the Caddy’s on the road, puts us in the position of providing an even faster and more cost-effective service delivery.  The Caddy Panel Vans are fitted with all the necessary tools and equipment in order to be a “workshop on wheels”.
